Policies
  • All reservations are on a tentative basis until the deposit has been received.
  • Two night minimum booking for Saturday Reservations and Three night stays required for certain Holiday reservations.
  • One night deposit required to confirm reservations. The Balance Due will be processed one week prior to your Check-in date.
  • Deposit can be made using a credit card during the online reservation process and may be processed over the phone or via email. Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express are accepted. For phone reservations, you may pay the deposit by sending a check or money order to our mailing address.
  • Check-in is 3:00-7:00 pm; late check-ins can be arranged.
    Check-out is 12 noon
  • Absolutely no smoking in the home
  • Eaglenest Golden Retrievers meet, greet, and enjoy spending quality time with our guests!

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations will be charged a $25 booking fee.
If circumstances arise that you must cancel your reservation with less than a 7-day notice, your payment in full will be forfeited.

Although we sympathize with such a situation, we are a small business and must maintain our policy. This applies to all cancellations and no shows. We appreciate your understanding.
